Handwritten letter (to a scientific institution in Brentford?) from Rev John Evans, Baptist Minister & head of an academy in Pullin's-Row (now Pullens Row) who is listed as a noteworthy resident on page 58 of Cromwell. He is enclosing a document which may be the proposal by Caleb Evans for 4 lectures on air which follow in the scrapbook.
