Handwritten letter from the antiquary Thomas Stackhouse (1756-1836), author of 'Illustration of the British Tumuli' at 2 Gwynnes Buildings, City Road, to Mr Spencer of the Surrey Institution (London organisation 1807-23 devoted to education & research) offering several illustrated lectures. The latter is stuck to a printed sheet describing the content of one of the lectures (which may have been enclosed).
