Article reporting the Gay Youth Movement's (known as 'GYM'; later the Lesbian and Gay Youth Movement, 'LGYM') plan for a lobby meeting with Members of Parliament at the House of Commons "next month". Quotes Paul Thurlow, GYM Secretary on the issues to be lobbied on, including: lowering the age of consent to 16 years for sex between men, abolishing the common law offence of conspiracy to corrupt public morals, and a number of clauses in the Police and Criminal Evidence bill concerning police powers to detain children and young people.
