Quotes Paul Thurlow, GYM Secretary on the issues to be lobbied on, including: lowering the age of consent to 16 years for sex between men, abolishing the common law offence of conspiracy to corrupt public morals, and a number of clauses in the Police and Criminal Evidence bill concerning police powers to detain children and young people.
