Creator historyPaul Thurlow was a volunteer on the Islington's Pride LGBTQ+ archives project at the Islington Local History Centre and later became a volunteer with the Islington Local History Centre. He is a long-term resident of Islington and an active member of the LGBTQ+ community having volunteered with many organisations including Gay Switchboard. He also actively participated in many events and activities.

Scope and ContentApprox. A3-size sheet, black and multi-coloured with colour photos on un-bleached white. Four-page centre pages, effectively a 'supplement' from Islington Tribune, approx. half way through 2021 LGBT+ History Month. Includes articles, interviews, a reading list, details of relevant support groups and events listings, relating to Islington and Camden. Also includes the logos of the local and national organisations and groups sponsoring the four-page 'supplement'. Articles include an interview with Tessa Havers-Strong of Forum+, interview with Sean McGovern on the Islington's Pride project, and a short article on the Channel4 TV series "Queer as Folk" resulting in a surge in demand for HIV testing, with quotes from a representative of Terrence Higgins Trust (based in Islington).
