Paul Thurlow was a volunteer on the Islington's Pride LGBTQ+ archives project at the Islington Local History Centre and later became a volunteer with the Islington Local History Centre. He is a long-term resident of Islington and an active member of the LGBTQ+ community having volunteered with many organisations including Gay Switchboard. He also actively participated in many events and activities.

A4 sheet, folded to A5, multi-coloured. Undated leaflet to publicise: LGBT+ History Month and the UK's theme for 2020: "Poetry Prose and Plays", the organisation's website, and the related websites: Schools Out UK (the LGBT education charity), OUTing the Past (festival of LGBT history) and The Classroom (teaching materials and lesson plans for teachers relating to LGBT+ history).
