'Changing the World' was produced by the Gay Working Party of the Greater London Council (GLC) and endorsed by the GLC, under the leadership of Ken Livingstone. Includes photos and cartoons. It contains 142 recommendations for changes to civil and criminal law, action by local and national government, the police, schools and other education institutions, the health service, the media, the courts and the armed forces, the prison service and changes in the use of language and terminology.
