  • Scope and Content
Photocopy on one side of an A4 sheet, black on white. A photocopy of the resolution submitted to the Trade Union Congress at it's 1985 meeting by the National Association of Probation Officers (NAPO) in support of the rights of lesbian and gay workers, that was passed due to the support given by the National Union of Mineworkers (NUM). This in turn led to a resolution passed at the Labour Party conference the same year. The NUM support was as a result of the work of Lesbians and Gays Support the Miners (LGSM) during the Miners' strike of 1984-5, portrayed in the feature film "Pride" (2014).
