A4 sheet, black on white; photocopy of letter from Zed Books to the editors of Capital Gay newspaper. Supports the plan by the publisher Gay Men's Press (GMP) to have their books distributed in South Africa. Argues that those opposed to this believe they should be acting with the censorship board of south Africa, and argues that it is vital to "keep alternative ideas alive wherever there is oppression". Makes no reference to the (then) international cultural boycott of South Africa, advocated and supported in the UK by the Anti-Apartheid Movement.
