One-page A4 covering letter signed by Bob Crossman, member of the ILEA for the Borough of Islington, and one two-sided A4 sheet of notes of an informal meeting to discuss the setting up of the Working Party, held on Tuesday 19th April 1983. The ILEA (inner London Education Authority) was the education authority for all the Inner London boroughs (including Islington) at that time, and also responsible for the youth service.
