  • Scope and Content
Copy of one-page typed letter from Paul Thurlow, Secretary of the Gay Youth Movement (GYM), and another typed sheet listing 16 organisations the letter was to be sent to, with additional ideas in pencil. The letter invites interest in establishing an ILEA (Inner Education Authority) Gay Working Party, similar to that already established by the GLC (Greater London Council). The ILEA was the education authority for all the Inner London boroughs and was also responsible for the youth service.
