Makes reference to the Labour Party National Executive Committee's refusal to endorse Peter Tatchell as the Labour Party candidate for Bermondsey (the Northern-most parliamentary constituency in Southwark). Reports on a speech by Peter Tatchell in Birmingham where he again advocated a mass march of the unemployed on Parliament, with a tent city set up within sight of the House of Commons, and a rent strike to force the Conservative government to abandon its policy of increasing rents. He also made reference to the Labour Party being the natural focus for radicals campaigning on various issues including gay rights.
