Charity fundraiser posters and press cuttings associated with the first openly gay UK Mayor, Bob Crossman. Bob Crossman became an Islington Councillor in 1982 and was Mayor of Islington 1986-1987. He was the founder of the Gay Labour Group and also served as the chair of the Islington Council's Lesbian and Gay Committee.
