Correspondence with the Governors of the Sadler’s Wells Ballet School and relating to matters discussed at governors meetings. The letters relate to various topics including use of premises at 255 Cromwell Road, non-payment of fees by a student, appointment and resignation of governors, governors meetings. Some of the correspondents include Arthur Bliss, Col. W.W. Shaw-Zambra, Lord Soulbury, C.B. Mortlock, Dr B. Ifor Evans, Prof. H.R. Robinson, James Smith, and Lord Lytton.The file contains mainly correspondence received and sent by George Chamberlain (Clerk to the Governors).
