Abstract

THE Town Hall’s controversial plan to increase parking controls across the borough is costing more than £2.5m.
After persistent questions from the Tribune about the justification for the proposed changes, Islington Council added to its website a previously unseen report to councillors which states that “the capital cost of the Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) review is estimated at £2.7m”.
