Guyanan-born Arif Ali (b.1939) was one of the foremost faces in British Caribbean publishing. A tribute to his life's work, 'Caribbean Publishing in Britain' traces the history of Caribbean books and magazines in Britain from the 19th Century to date, as well as the story of Arif Ali.
