Abstract
Print of stained glass bearing the arms of the Mercers Company from a window in the old Crown Inn (once a private residence on Lower Street now Essex Road). The head of a crowned woman issuing from the clouds was once believed to show Elizabeth, queen to Henry VII, and the print gives this attribution.
