A4 sheet, both sides. Printout of an article published in The Guardian on 6 June 2008, from the newspaper's website. Obituary for Paul Patrick 1950-2008. "In the 1970's he became almost certainly the first openly gay teacher in Britain to not only keep his job, but to get promoted". in 1974 Paul Patrick co-founded the London Gay Teacher's Group, and was a member of the Gay Icebreakers collective in the 1970's-1980's. In 1981 the Gay Teacher's Group became 'Schools OUT' and while joint chair with Sue Saunders, they established LGBT History Month in 2004, which has been an annual event in the UK in February each year (now 'LGBT+ History Month') with it's own website - lgbtplushistorymonth.co.uk
