A white armband with four ties. One side has been printed on in red and reads' K.C.C rest centre', and the other has been printed on in black and reads umpire.Two drawing pins have been put through the two top left and right hand corners. The meaning of K.C.C. is unknown. The armband has been used for dual purposes, probably during the war. This suggests that the other armbands with umpire written on them may date from the late 20's,30's or 40's.
