Kharki heavy canvas belt. It has been painted on the outside with what looks like emulsion paint. It has metal clasps(possibly brass) and has been stamped on the inside 'M.E.Co 1956,NORMAL'. It also has letters in biro written on the back (possibly initials). The date stamped on the back is assumed to be when the belt was manufactured.
