Arm Band, World War 2 civil defence

World War 2 Civil Defence arm band in navy blue cotton with yellow screen print.The arm band is undated and there age is unclear.Arm bands would have been worn to make it clear you were part of the civil defence. It was useful in event of an emergency to be able to identify those officially dealing with an incident.
