The foodstuffs are given such as Suet pudding, sea pie, fruit stewed, gruel, porridge and then the exact required quantities of the ingredients to make these foods.The food seems to be heavy and bland by today's standards.The foodstuffs are similar to those in the dietary scale (object number 2002.14) and the ingredients table could probably be dated from around this time.
