The newsletter was published by E.A. Parry on Pentonville Road for the King's Cross underground shelterer's welfare committee. It was no.3 and dated January 1941. The letter contains notes on health, amenities slowly becoming available as the authorities began to officially recognise the use of underground stations as shelters, notes on events, jokes and notes on finance.
